Question low fps on low graphics and high fps on high graphics

hi i play csgo and when i play with low settings i have bad frames and when i play high settings i have better fps.what is the problem?

OS: include the version if you're on Windows 10

Use DDU to uninstall your drivers and then download the latest drivers found off of your GPU maker's support site, then reinstall the drivers in elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
