[SOLVED] Low FPS on low settings ?

I have a system containing the r9 5900x and rog strix 3060ti. this system should be more than capable of getting above 200fps on any esports title on low settings but I currently only have 100+fps. my monitor is the asus pg259qn and my ram is the aorus rgb @4400mhz. my settings in game are all at low. during the firts day I was able to hit the frame rate cap in overwtach but subsequently I have been unable to achieve that. does anyone have any solutions?

Chipset drivers installed?

Try running the RAM at 3600MHz for a while.
