Low Fps on new 750 ti and less bandwidth

Guys , one week ago i got my new gaming pc specs:

i5 3570 3.4ghz

8gb ram

gtx 750 ti 2gb

1tb HDD



I installed battlefield 1 , people played it at 720 p ultra at 50 fps constant at the desktop same as mine, but i cant even reach 30 with medium - low mixed and 768p

same is the case with ac😱rigins , the average man gets 40 fps on my pc at lowest , but i only get 10 fps at the minimum possible 

I used Gpu z to see my gpus specs and i found that my bandwidth was lower it should be :86.4 GBPS but i only have 51.2gbps 

Please help as I am new to these things , i just want to get that performance , PLEASE HELP
