My friend recently built her new computer. Her current specs are:
GTX 1080ti
i7-8700k
16gb RAM
On the menu alone, she runs the game at an average of 1fps with a CPU usage of over 88%. We've already installed the latest Nvidia drivers and her parts are definitely not thermal throttling. We've tested the computer on some other games and they ran just fine on max settings. We've messed with the settings and set most of the settings ranging from low to high. We even tried optimizing using Geforce Experience but it auto'd to Ultra. What can we do to fix this problem?
