So hello guys when i bought my pc i could play overwatch with 200 fps on high it was just perfect , but now i can hardly get 100 fps on low
CPU - i5 6500
GPU- RX 460 4GB
OS : Win 7 pro SP1
I mean i cover the requirments why am i getting this low fps ?

Solution
@bambucha_1980 run MSI afterburner while playing your game and take a look into GPU utilization, if it's not reaching 100% then it's a game optimization problem. most of my problems with stuttering on my R9 290X was related to that and then i switched to nvidia.

Well you can try upgrading to Win10 but if that's not an option try installing older AMD drivers since some ppl are experiencing worse FPS with newer AMD drivers as they are BETA....

check your PC temps while playing if they are normal

i will suggest this: try to install latest AMD drivers: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%207%20-%2064

if this is not helping use DDU to remove your display driver and do a fresh install maybe GPU drivers are bugged...
try first with newer driver after DDU if it's the same try DDU > older driver when you were getting that FPS.

note: your temps are normal
