Low FPS on Overwatch

I only have 30-40 fps with A10-7850k and R7 370.
My friend with same specs can get up to 60-80fps
So what's the deal? Neither of us have no overclocked (since my motherboard is ass)

Are you sure you are running on thr 370 and not on the a10's integrated gpu?

i always use fullscreen i just went to windowed to take the picture
