I have 35-70 fps on PUBG with a lot of stutter and fps spikes. I feel it is quite low for the specs I have and a friend of mine with a worse computer has better performance. I have all graphics settings on very low and I have no fps limit. My resolution is 1920x1080. I am wondering if my CPU could be bottlenecking me as it is about 6-7 years old now. My GPU is always below 52 degrees and my monitor has a refresh rate of 60hz. I do not know what the issue is and I know I'm not giving much info but I don't know what else I can say. If you have any questions ask away please. Thank you!

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel i5 4440 3.1GHz quad core
GPU: EVGA GTX 1050 Ti 4GB superclocked
Ram: 8GB 1600MHz
HDD: 1tb 7200rpm SATA
SSD: Intel 180gb (PUBG is on SSD)
PSU: 300W
External network USB: Linksys WUSB6300 5GHz
OS: Windows 7

Solution
According to the reviews, your cpu is fine, but the gtx1050ti is not that good. Also the 300W PSU may have problem too. Try lower the game setting or buy the new gpu+ new PSU too.

PSU is bottle necking your system. As for RAM 8GB is fine but upgrading to even 12GB will help A LOT! Optimize the settings to lower the graphics power. PUBG is a very demanding game because of how realistic the game is made or is intended to be. Upgrading the GPU to even a 1060 will push the FPS to at most 60-100 FPS.

For your build right now 35-70 FPS seems pretty logical. I recommend starting with the RAM and PSU, if not much improvement shows then say F it and save up for a new GPU, because GPU prices now are horrible.

Best of luck
