Hi guys , i really need your help as i couldn't figure what is the problem with my system.
So here we go , i built a new PC with the following components :
- i5 4590 Haswell refresh
- msi r9 380 2gb OC gpu(the armor 2x version)
- Cooler Master 550W psu (temporary as i will receive my corsair cx 600m in a couple of days)
- Gigabyte z97 Mx gaming motherboard
- 8gb Viper Ram
- Seagate 1tb SSHD
- Nzxt s340 case
Now my problem is that i have installed some of my games after a fresh clean install of windows 10 and they all run between 28-30 fps , the games are the following : Black ops 3, Fallout 4 , Skyrim , GTAV , Witcher 3 . All of these games are set on low medium instead of medium high or even high ultra. The pc is in a pretty cool room and the overall pc do not overheat.
