Question Low FPS on games

My spec:
i5-3470 3.20Ghz
RX 570 4 GB
8 GB Ram
SSD 256 GB
HDD 500 GB

I'm playing csgo with 1024x768 all low i only got like 150 fps. But i watch other youtuber got like atleast 200..
As well as valorant i play with 1920x1080 all low only got like 90-130 fps.
I really expect to get higher fps as other youtubers with the exact same spec get a higher fps.
Can anyone help me out? Will be rlly appreciate Thanks guys.

If i compare my FPS to other youtubers with the exact same specs, mine is way lower.
