Question low fps problem

Hey I just bought a brand new pc, it's a pre-build asus rog strix g10ce, and I'm having low fps and I don't think I should have low fps as i do. I'm having around 40-50 FPS on gta V on very high.
Anyone can help to figure it out if it's normal or if anything's wrong?

Here my specs:
NVIDIA GeForce RTX3060
i7-11700 2.50Ghz
ddr4 16gb
2560x1440. 165hz monitor

A few things come to mind.
You only have a single stick of RAM, which isnt going to do you any favors performance wise.
Also, your processor seems to be clocking fairly low, just barely above base speeds.

Have you monitored temps during use? What PSU?
