Low Fps R9 290x dd

I just built my computer and im getting around 30 fps when playing world of warcraft on ultra settings. I have no idea what the problem is I have already updated all my drivers after completely removing the old ones.

What are your system specs? Going on gpu alone yes that sounds very low and you seem to have covered the usual suspects. Run gpuz and make a log file to see what your card is actually doing in game. I guess you're running stock core and memory speeds? Have you changed power at all?

I am running stock core and memory speeds
System:
R9 290x DD 4Gb
Amd FX-8370 4.0GHz
16Gb Ram
