[SOLVED] Low fps rtx 2070, i5 9600k

So i got this new pc with i5 9600k, rtx 2070 msi armor OC, 16 gb ddr4 3000 RAM and i get 60 fps pre game and 144 fps only in OW. I know my system can push it up more but it get stuck there. Can anybody help me, i want to get more out of my system

both 60fps and 144 fps seem like the rootcause from game's settings. Try digging through your game setting and looks for something called vertical sync or fps limitation.
SOme game has such setting to lower or limit the max fps so that your super fast graphics would go too fast or drive crazy on your standard monitor which may cause picture glittering things happened.
