Hi i need some help

I recently upgraded my pc to
Asus strix b450 gaming f
Ryzen 2600x
2x8 gb 3000mhz corsair Vengeance
Evga g2 550w +gold
Asus 1060 3gb gaming gpu

But i feel like my fps in cs go are so low. Avg around 180-200 but drops to below 150 sometimes.
I have tried 1080p with both high and low settings.
And 720p aswell but The same fps anyways.

- I have tried to tweak in bios, going default.
-reinstalled Windows, cs, steam, gpu drivers
-tried different powerplans and settings in Windows.

What could be wrong?

Well, 200Fps is not bad in any game by any standards, but at 720 low, the 3Gb should definitely get more than that.

Make sure your GPU is not capped in any ways, both in the software and in-game.

Also, your software may have an option that makes the GPU push for a certain framerate, and if it goes over, it will pull down the framerate to reach the desired number, and vice versa.

I know but i have a friend with a similar gpu and ryzen 1600x and he gets around 300-350 fps so i mean i should have at least around that.

I can try and look for something like that for sure.

I have tried msi afterburner aswell and when i play cs go cpu usage is around 40% and gpu 40-50%. Seems kind of Wierd to me aswell. When i play Bf1 cpu goes around 60% and gpu is maxed out.

And I think its so Wierd that my fps doesnt change if i have 1080p/720p or using high/low detailsettings ingame.
