low fps using MSI GTX 1070 FE

Hey guys, i got my GTX 1070 1 week ago and i installed the latest driver from Geforce.com... but i'm having low fps in games, for example Call of Duty MW2, it's runing on 50 an 60 fps, same for other games like Counter Strike GO and Rise of the tomb raider. My system specs: intel i7 6700 - 16GB ram HyperX 2400mhz - toshiba ssd 960gb - Maximus viii ranger mobo. Btw my OS is Windows 10 64bit.

Have you tried disabling vsync in the game and Nvidia control panel?

Can you please check your fan speeds and temperatures? I suspect your fan is not on the card overheats and throttles back.

Yes vsync is disabled, and my monitor is 144hz so it's not a vsync problem i think.

I don't think it's a temperature problem because the max GPU temperature is 55c while playing COD MW2

In Counter Strike GO 60~80 and sometimes it drops to 40fps.

Rise of the tomb raider 40~70 also sometimes fps drop to 30 or 28

Im using liquid cooling for my CPU, so 35c maximum temperature.

Have you checked it when under load?

I just upgraded the drivers also and it re-enabled power savings mode. Can you please check your core and memory clocks while gaming and report back?
