So, I recently bought a new motherboard and CPU for my computer. I watched videos and it showed while playing CSGO, Pentium G4560 and GTX 1050 on all low settings can clock about 200 frames, while on all high, get around 120. As I play CSGO on all low settings, I get less than 50 frames and I don't understand what the problem is. Maybe its the fact i'm 13 and not good at building computers, but if someone could please help with this problem, that would be appreciated.

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2gb
Mobo: MSI H110M Gaming
RAM: 4GB DDR4 G-Skill

I removed the one that was connected to the motherboard, went into a game and the problem still occurred. I have also, at another point, tried using a DVI to HDMI cable to connect my monitor to my graphics card, and that also had the same problem.

I have installed the Intel Chipset drivers and reinstalled GeForce drivers, restarted my computer and the performance seems to be about the same, nothing really changed.

These are my ingame settings https://gyazo.com/8a968169398a7fd5dba5c33400252194, and NVIDIA Control Panel won't open for some reason. If I do remember though, I have it turned off.

Nothing pops up when I try to open it, no error message. It just shows the loading symbol on my mouse and thats it.

Then most likely there's some issue with your Geforce drivers.
Did you install correct version of drivers (appropriate for your windows version and correct 32bit/64bit version)?

What was the file name of geforce driver installation?
Can you show screenshot from ControlPanel/System ?

So it turns out I did have the incorrect driver installed, but that is fixed now. I have version 397.31 installed. I also got the Control Panel for NVIDIA to show, and
here are a few screenshots of the settings I have.

The performance in game barely improved but its still not performing at the 200 mark on all low, as it should.

Can you launch MSI afterburner, run your game and post screenshot from MSI afterburner Hardware monitoring window?
(graphs important - fps, cpu usage/temp, gpu usage/temp, ram usage, pagefile usage, video memory usage)
Hardware monitoring window looks like this:

GPU is barely being used there. You can safely increase in-game quality settings. That should increase GPU utilization.
Is there GPU2 also in that list? If there was only one GPU, it would be called GPU (not GPU1).
In this case, you should disable integrated GPU in BIOS. The setting responsible is called iGPU multi-monitor.

I didn't see FPS graph in those screens.
Also I'd prefer temperature in Celsius (Not Fahrenheit). Anyway - temps look fine.

BTW - why is it showing only 2 CPU cores? G4560 has 2 physical cores and 2 hyper-threaded cores, so there should be CPU1-CPU4. Do you have hyper-threading disabled in BIOS?

I have hyper-threading enabled in the BIOS. In device manager, it shows 4 under processors, unless thats the two added up.
Also, there is a GPU2, but it shows GPU1 - GeForce GTX 1050 and GPU2 - and that was it.
I did increase the quality of the game in settings and my FPS did change by about 20, putting me down to 30.
