Low FPS webcam.

Pc: Compaq CQ58 Laptop
Webcam is cyberlink youcam, hp truevision, there is no updates. FPS is like 1 frap per second, i changed all settings in cyberlink youcam but nothing i want to reinstall the driver but i cant find the driver in hp

FPS are good if I change brightness and exposure on skype settings.
