Question Low Fps while everything is fine????

Hi,

I have an rx 580 8gb and i was playing and most of the games run at 60 fps, today the fps didn't pass 22, i checked temps and the GPU was below 70, The cpu performance was also so good(around 30%), please help.

Forza horizon 4 works fine but other games like gta v and fortnite is issued
