[SOLVED] Low Fps with a good pc

after a year my pc now is going to 80 fps
in all games but before it was at 150 fps my specs

gtx 1650
8gb ram
1 sdd 1hdd and 144hz monitor

Games update a lot, so FPS might decrease over time.

so many details missing.

Over 60 FPS is still very playable.

sorry heres everything u need to know i have a i3 9100f 3.60 ghz 4 cores 4 threads 8gb ram at 2400mhz my motherboard is a gigabyte H130m a 2.0 MY BIOS update is f3 im on windows 10 pro my gpu is a 1650 4gb memory on gpu also have a samsung 144hz monitor and also i know have 60 fps atleast but for competitive games like valorant it gets really choppy when im not on my normal frame rate.

there have been alot of updates on win10 and geforce drivers lately. your hardware seems in order. id look into software problems, patches, viruses and background programs.
