Hi there, just thought I'd throw this out there, I've recently picked up AC Odyssey and I'm getting uncharacteristically low fps for what I would expect and have seen in benchmarks.
Doing the built in benchmark in the game I get an average fps of 58 (ultra settings). In game it's not much better maxing at like 80 and often dropping down to 50 or lower.
Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X
GPU: GTX 3080
RAM: 32GB DDR4
MOBO: MSI B550 Gaming Carbon
I saw somewhere someone mentioned trying a bios update as a possible solution which I've tried already to a like 5fps increase on average. CPU utilization tends to be fairly normal
from what I understand going between 50-90% and my temps seem normal.
