Question Low FPS with good gaming PC on GTA Online

Hello guys! I have this gaming pc

CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-9600K
CPU COOLER: Argus Storm 1 - 120mm
MOBO: MSI H310M Pro-D Plus
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO White 2666Mhz DDR4 [2x8GB]
HDD & SSD : 1TB Seagate Barracuda & Samsung SSD 250Gb
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB
PSU: ATX Corsair VS650
And I have 50 FPS on ultra settings 1080p and my other friends with a slower pc have 80-90 fps...

I can't understand why do I have so low fps even with good temps and drivers up to date
It's the only game that works like that
Can somebody help me?
