Hi, so, i have a problem with my pc...
It's not a problem, but i dont understand this problem...

I have good pc, cpu i think too, 8gb ram (good) 1tb hdd (good) everything is good i think....

my specs:
cpu: AMD FX-6300 6 Cores 3,5GHz AM3+ 14MB 95W Passmark 6366
gpu: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4gb) (now overclocked, nothing changed, fps is still low)
ram: DDR3 1600MHz 8GB
Cooler: ARCTIC COOLING Alpine 64 Plus CPU COOLER - 92mm
OS: MS Windows 10 Enterprise 90 Days testing version
Motherboard: GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P 4xDDR3 SATA3 USB3
Source: 500W 12cm not loud vent, active PFC

sry for my eng..

My problem is easy, i see on videos for example in csgo, everyone have on default settings in this game 200-300 fps in matchmaking (competetive) And i have in wingman max 200 cps... its around 100 fps..... In mm i have 30-100 fps.. I dont know what i need to fix this.. its insane.... my money is away and i have this... why?

Temps and this things, all is good...
I have 144Hz monitor 1920x1080 but i think this does not making changes on fps.
I have bad fps on any game.. not only csgo, but in csgo is easy to say the problem..

Summary of my problem:
When i watched some testing videos of gtx 1050TI 4gb in csgo, everyone have soo much high fps on competitive, they have in competitive MUCH higher fps than i have in wingman where is only 4 players, max fps in compet/mm (10 players) 100fps... In wingman max 200 fps...

Im so nervous when i dont geting max fps, but i geting only this....
Please help me, im so lost... 🙁

Solution
Some games are graphics limited like fast action shooters.
Others are cpu core speed limited like strategy, sims, and mmo.
Multiplayer tends to like many threads.

You need to find out which.
------------------------------------------------------------
To help clarify your CPU/GPU options, run these two tests:

a) Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.
Your fx-6300 is old and the individual cores are slow. They run at some 1400 rating in passmark. FX-8350 is still 1400, just 2 more threads. If you are cpu limited,Time to consider a current...
The GTX 1050 Ti is an entry level graphics card. So you can't expect high end graphics card results. Have reasonable expectations for the card. If you haven't overclocked the card, I suggest that.

The 8GB of RAM is basically the minimum needed. I would suggest 16 GB of high speed RAM.

The gtx 1050ti is a budget card, csgo is a low resource game, which is why ppl get decent fps, just about all the benchmarks i've found, they have been running ddr4 ram and usually 16gb, | think last one i looked at was for the new tomb raider game and averaged about 45fps, so not the best

Your motherboard isn't that great for overclocking, it's a shame as your CPU overclocks well. Massive frame rate variances like you are seeing makes me think you have other applications running.

Running other software in error is likely your issue.

While not great your system should get 100fps constant in csgo. Shut down anything you aren't using. Disable real time antivirus even shut it down while playing. Anything that can be closed should be closed. Maybe run malwarebyte on your PC in safemode
https://www.malwarebytes.com/
Delete what it tells you to delete restart your pc.

Try again. Let us know about your fps.

I will try it, i will type here results very soon.

For everyone who type my cpu or ram holding me back...
I see so much bench videos with SO MUCH fps (like 300fps in csgo) with 8gb ram and same cpu (amd fx-6300 | 3,5Ghz TB 4,1Ghz)

So i think, cpu or ram its not a problem here.

$110 buys you a G5600 with a similar total passmark rating but a much stronger 2265 single thread rating.
You will find that your games respond best to a faster single master thread.

You could experiment with removing one or more cores/threads. You can do this in the windows msconfig boot advanced options option.
You will need to reboot for the change to take effect. Set the number of threads to less than you have.
This will tell you how sensitive your games are to the benefits of many threads.
If you see little difference, your game does not need all the threads you have.
