I bought a Zotac GTX 1050ti OC and I've been getting really low fps with it, GTA V, CS:GO other games idk why.

My specs are
CPU Ryzen 5 1400
GPU GTX 1050ti OC
PSU 450 Watt
8GB DDR4

Both GTAV and CS:GO, while the GPU matters, are more CPU dependent that anything else.

With Ryzen, you'll benefit from faster RAM speeds, and be hindered somewhat by slower JEDEC standard 2133/2400MHz.

Have you overclocked the 1400? At stock speeds, it's a bit underwhelming....

What do you quantify as "really low FPS"? What settings/resolution?

While 2400MHz isn't ideal, the 4GHz OC shouldn't see you in a position of "really low FPS" IMO.

What PSU do you have specifically?

Did you clean install your OS? Or did the boot drive come from another rig?

I quantify low fps as 30 fps in GTA V, Lowest Settings 720p. CSGO like 100 - 120 fps
MY PSU is CORSAIR CX-M Series CX450 450W (Copy and pasted, but I have that one)
I changed out the GPU from my old GT 730, uninstalled the drivers, installed the GTX 1050 Ti, then installed the drivers.

My CPU temp is 30 idle, 70 (max on load)
GPU temps never go high (30 - 50)
Utilizations:
RAM: 50 -70%
GPU Haven't Monitored
CPU 50 - 70 on CS:GO, 80 - 100 on GTA V
