Hello, I have GTX 1050ti but I only have avrg. 70 fps in CSGO on LOW GRAPHICS! I have old system like I5 650, Aspire M3910(motherboard) and 2x2gb ddr3 RAM. Is that a problem? Cause of it giving me that low fps? If I get i5 5th gen or higher, normal motherboard and 1x8gb ddr3 1333mhz RAM, will I have good FPS like other GTX 1050tis have? Also there is no hdmi cabel outcoming from my graphics card, can that cause low fps? Thank you!

Like I said, your CPU is extremely outdated, and it's really not going to perform in any games made within the last 4 or 5 years. If you consider upgrading, tell me your budget and I'll help you out.

Yeah but what about other games? I don't have normal fps in them too

I found I5 7400 which is about 190$ with warranty 1 year. Is that good for it?

It's definitely better than what you have now, and will perform well with the 1050TI. However, you have to consider the Motherboard upgrade too, along with RAM. That's an extra $150.

I have 1x8GB 1333mhz ddr3, I hope that will be OK and I'll upgrade my motherboard.

No you have to upgrade your RAM if you're getting that CPU. That CPU is LGA1151, and all LGA1151 motherboards require DDR4 RAM.

Can you find me that normal CPU which requires Motherboard with ddr3?

Actually you can get 1151 boards that do support DDR3 RAM, although saying that. I'm not sure what they are actually like.
Another few things to consider, could be a stupid question since I highly doubt you would get the FPS on integrated graphics, but do you have the cable for your monitor plugged into the 1050ti, or the connector on the motherboard?
Also, even though the 1050ti doesn't consume that much power at all, the PSU in your Acer PC is probably quite crap, which technically could also cause issues in performance with a better graphics card if it is not supplying clean power.
