Hi, to start i have a major problem with my gpu, and I can't buy a new gpu/pc/pc part now. At the bottom I'll put pictures of what I'm gonna talk. I get low fps(30-60) at not even 1080p with my gtx 1050ti on many games, mostly on fortnite, which seem's akward to me because I have friends with "lower" graphics cards(like 750ti) that get higher frames and better quality. I can't go to a pc store to check my pc because I recently moved to Africa.
Here is my pc spec list (it's not pre build):

ok, than im gonna have to list

gigabyte gtx 1050ti oc windforce 4gb
intel dual core i5 650 3.20ghz
8gbs ram
windows 10 pro 64-bit
1tb HDD
320W power supply

now
my drivers are updated (416.16)

I have two monitors:
-1920x1080, 60hz
-1024x1280

my fortnite settings:

I hope it's usefull because it took a LOOONG time to write all that/

Solution
Well, my first instinct is the tiny 320W power supply that is presumably as old as the CPU.

Monitor power usage of the GPU during gameplay with MSI Afterburner. Try underclocking the GPU, make it use at little power as possible and see if FPS improves.

Agree, the 320W PSU is going to kill you mate, you need a minimum 450W but suggest 550W for your setup.

In the interim take it off Overclock mode, this drains a significant amount of power from your PSU.

if games were fine before the pc was shipped then check with the case off for any fan/ram/gpu that may have worked lose durning shipping. make sure the cpu cooler on right and with hardware info make sure the gpu and cpu temps are fine. ypu may if the cpu is old to repaast it .

So, back in january everuthing was ok, but in february it began.
I currently can't change my psu cause I live in africa, and my parents won't let me change by myself.
I did some test with msi afterburning and got max 1.050 gpu voltage.

My gpu doesn't get over 80, and my cpu get's to max 60.
I checked my pc, and everything seem's ok.

I turned off overclock on msi afterburner, but mu gpu is the oc edition.
