Low Fps with GTX960

My specs
Cpu- AMD FX-6300 3.50GHZ
Gpu- Asus Strix Geforce GTX 960 4G
Motherboard- MSI 970A G46
RAM- 16GB DDR3
OS- Windows 7 64bit
Coolermaster 460 watt psu

I upgraded from a old AMD 5 series graphics card at Christmas and ive noticed that my PC isn't preforming as good as its supposed to for example ive just bought the crew and im supposed to be able to run it at ultra 60fps but i cant even run at low 30fps so theirs clearly something wrong.

I've tried removing all drivers for GPU and downloading one completely removing the amd drivers and removing geforce experience to no avail i have no idea whats up with my PC.

Im on windows 7 and have a business version of it that i dont have the disc anymore any other ideas??
