Question Low fps with high end laptop

Motherboard Alienware m15 r3
32 ram

I used to play valorant 2-3 months ago with 180 fps but now i get around a 100.
It sometimes stutters as well.
Can anyone help me please this is really annoying and i want to get this problem fixed.
