Low FPS with new componets

Storage: Samsung 830 Series MZ-7PC128 128GB
WD SATA 500 GB 7200RPM

I play Gw2 with lowest settings i get around 30-40 FPS and textures start flickering such as Grass/trees/rocks/ why is that happening.

Wrong settings. Drop back on the AA.
