[SOLVED] LOW FPS with Recommended specs.

So, I have low FPS with RECOMMENDED Specs. What should I do. For Example Grand Theft Auto 5 need that:
OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
Memory: 8GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB
and I have this specs:
CPU: FX 8350 4ghz, 8core, 8 threads,
GPU: RX 550 2GB (same performance like an GTX 660 2GB)
MOBO: GA 970A- DS3P
OS: WIN 10 64 bit.
PSU: 500W
I tried on lowest settings (20-35 FPS) ON LOWEST!!!!!!!!!!!!
AND MY PC have Specs for recommended what should I do,
I change from Power Options to High Performance.
When Im in game to put GTA procces on HIGH.
This happen in CS:GO too.
I HAVE RECOMMENDED SPECS
LOW ****** FPS
Help me please.

Nope, they aren't the same in performance IN GAMES were it counts.

The GTX 660 is a much more powerful card than the RX 550, same with the HD7870, MUCH more powerful card.

The RX 560 would have been the card to get.

Ok. But at least LOWEST MAN, LOWEST, btw CSGO, why I have low FPS on CSGO... Tell me please

The FX series CPU's really aren't good in gaming at all, never was.

You really need a platform upgrade, CPU, MB, RAM to a newer generation.
