Question Low FPS with RTX 2060, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 3.70GHz, 16GB Ram

Hello!

I have an RTX 2060, AMD Ryzen 7 2700x , and 16GB RAM. In Overwatch and Apex Legends (games I mostly play), my FPS goes down to about 130 and 90, respectively. It sometimes goes up but often drops, I'm not really too sure what the issue is. Everything is on low, my temps are like 55c , I can also add HWMonitor data. I just reformat my computer today and updated all drivers, but it still seems to be bad. Can someone please help me out, thanks!
