Question Low fps with ryzen 5 1500x and Nvidia 1660

Hello guys, I'm using the PC below , and while being stronger than what my brother has, I get 10-15 fps lower than him in some games. Apex legends: all low at 1080 I only have around 100 fps while he's got 115-120..
I have
Ryzen 5 1500x
16gb ram @2400(dual channel activated)
Nvidia 1660 gtx
He's got
Fx 8350
8gb ram ddr3
Rx 570
Something is clearly wrong with my setup, anyone has any idea ?

make and model of the psu?
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram and hdd usage?
fresh os install?
malware scan?

running the same detail level as your brother?

OS is freshly installed,
No malware
Samsung 970 Evo 250gb while my brother has the 850 evo
Motherboard : ASRock ab350 (mini)
Zalman 600watt zm600-tx
Don't know about usage and temp on gpu and CPU but its not very high, everything is new with good thermal paste on them.

That 2400 ram is not doing you any favors. Ryzen needs at least 3000, to really shine. That PSU is not very good quality either. Are you running the latest drivers, from Nvidia?

Yeah the latest, also I can't play games fullscreen, I suffer heavy stuttering, so much I can't even explain it, when I move the mouse I see things get tripled.. It works smooth in window form
