Low fps with updated drivers

My Graphics card is underperforming IDK why?
Rx480 gives me 90fps on fornite on low settings and 50 fps on pubg at medium settings when last year it was much better. Drivers are updated. When I launch fortnite it gives a message saying that My graphics drivers are having issues and I should update them when they are already updated.
PC specs : Ryzen 5 1600
Rx480 8gb
8GB ram @ 2133hz

I assume you are using AMD update utility app to check for updates.... I would uninstall all AMD drivers, restart computer. Reinstall AMD drivers / update utility.

You can also reinstall fortnite. see if that helps

why reinstalling it he could just verify game cache
