Question Low fps!

Hi, when i play GTA 5 my gpu is using around 50-60% usage. 70-80 fps in 1440p at lowest settings.

Some of My cpu socket pins are bent.

GTX 1070
I7 4790K

Is it becuase of the pins? (I would think so)
