I cleaned PC with industrial air blower from dust so didi I break the CPU fan after I glued it now I can run its speed only on 50% so the fan doesn't break again. After seeing some changes in FPS it dropped down to 24 what to do?

Tnx for the recommendations and that said Cooler is the problem that affects my FPS drop?
Your FPS is low due to your thermals being higher and the CPU not boosting properly. So yes, a replacement cooler/new cooler entirely would help. An aftermarket cooler might even boost your FPS. Ryzen takes thermal headroom and uses it to boost higher.
oh boy, you have the wind turbine.
I assume you are on a budget considering you are hesitant to switch the Fan.

First things first:
  • Did you remove the cpu cooler from the mainboard?
  • If so, did you reapply thermal paste?
  • Is your fan making any noises?

I can tell you right away, that your fan won't do It much longer. I give it 3 Months before the bearing breaks from the offset load.
If you coincidentally happen to live in europe: I have the same model lying around in my drawer which I could send over.
Otherwise I highly recommend to upgrade your CPU fan. Not only will you get your loved FPS back, together with your cpu living longer, it will also be much more silent.

  1. The Wraith Prism is the best stock cooler simply because it has something Intel hasn't mastered: heatpipes. It has performance comparable to an aftermarket $40 tower air cooler. Set a fan curve and the random Ryzen temp spikes won't make the cooler spin up and down. That needs to be done with ANY cooler. I have my NH-D15S set to only spin up to 70% after the CPU reaches 60C so the idle temp spikes aren't an issue.
  2. Had & made several builds with this cooler. Have yet to get contacted about any broken fans.
To the OP:

In any case, your CPU cooler is broken, giving you high temps. Next time you clean out your PC, hold the fan in place before using the blower.

I agree that you should exchange the cooler for a working one of the same model, or a new one entirely. But if you decide on a new one, make sure it fits your case and that it is compatible with your mainboard and socket. Some recommendations: Scythe Fuma 2, Arctic Freezer 34 eSports Duo, NH-U12S. Some high end ones: Dark Rock Pro 4 / NH-D15S.

Agree with @AlexaKitty I am running Noctuas as well. They are pretty much non recognizable silent. I cant speak a single bad Word about them. But also they are rather expensive. Im running Noctua NH-D14 (16cm) right now. Thats the Part where I don't disagree with the stock cooler. I have tried and fiddled around for hours with the Stock amd cooler and yes, it keeps the cpu very cool. But then it sounds like a Jet engine. Hence it sits in my drawer. I just didnt have any luck with it.

Yes it is your cpu cooler and yes, make sure it fits yourcase. Some Fans are real Monsters in Size.

Yeah, despite being the best stock cooler it's still just that, a stock cooler. An aftermarket cooler will always be better.

Just accordingly, Ryzen throttles down to prevent thermal damage rather than just shutting down the computer immediately.
