Question Low fps

My pc have an old pc

Dual core e2180
Gt 730
4gb ddr2 800mhz ram

But low requirement game like gta 4 and Fallout 3 games give me low fps and low graphic why ?

That is a very low spec system, and although they meet the minimum requirements for the games, it does not mean you will get a great experience.

If money is tight, try to get upgraded to 8GB RAM at least which will give the system a boost all round.

GTA 4 is anything but. R* lied to the teeth about what system can run it.

And yeah, agreed. Take minimum requirements and recommended specs and throw it in the trash. Its generally not even good reference point of purchase. Check benchmarks of similarly spec'd system instead, if unavailable you can just use Steam insanely generous refund system to just test turning it on. Other venues exist that are not legal, so i wont bother discussing.

If you do manage to afford an upgrade that will play GTA 4, be mindful of shadows settings. That's the one that's horribly optimized if you set it too high.
