Hey all, I've stumbled on an issue while playing CoD: AW; for some odd reason while actually in game, the game caps at 28 FPS. The GPU never goes over 48% (which still seems like a lot for the frames its giving out.) I'm just not sure what the issue is anymore, I've tried reinstalling CoD, lowering all graphics setting down, turning them all the way up, no matter what I do, I get nothing more than 28. During loading screens and the main menu I sometimes get upwards of 35 FPS. After reading this I'm not sure what to think.
