Intel Core i5 6400
Board Msi B150 m3
RAM 8GB DRR4 2400
2 HDD, 1 TB and 2 TB
PSU EVGA 750w BQ
EVGA GTX 1080 TI

Playing Deus Ex Mankind Divided is in 30fps, 1080p, Hitman 50-60 fps 1080p

I dont know why so low, thanks for your answers

Did you install complete drivers for your graphics card from GeForce.com?

Check video cable is connected to graphics card. Motherboard's integrated video ports are close and a mistake easily made.

That system is VERY unbalanced, lots of issues here and you are playing at 1080P on top of it all.

The CPU is bottlenecking the GTX 1080Ti and will in EVERYTHING.

You don't have enough ram.

No SSD.

Budget motherboard.

Basically replace everything except the PSU and Graphics card.
