Low framerate on all games

Hello guys recently I upgraded to windows 10 thinking that 8.1 were causing me problems,just to come by with the same problems,sometimes my pc plays like a charm and sometimes it's laggy as hell literally even running desktop programs sometimes makes it slow,have tried malware bytes etc to check if it has any kind of malware that would slow things down but nothing comes up,I dont know what to do anymore tried changing power option both at windows and the nvidia settings but nothing goes better would like some help,thanks
CPU:i7 2600
GPU:GTX1050ti
Ram:Corsair 8gb 1600mhz
SSD OS:sasmung 120gb
SSD games:intel 240gb

did you do a clean install ?

With Windows 10, if you "upgrade" from a previous OS that's being problematic, it's going to cause issues with Windows 10 as well. Which was also the main reason everyone hated Windows 10 and wanted to go back to 7/8.

If you do a clean install though, there's generally no issues and everything runs great.

Yes it was a clean install guys,not upgrade sorry for not pointing that out,first week was fine after it all started bogging down again same as windows 8.1

Sounds like it's more then just a software issue.
I'd recommend running MemTest: https://www.memtest86.com/ and HDTune: http://www.hdtune.com/

Also, when was the last time you aired out the system? When was the last time the thermal paste was replaced on the CPU?

check the temperature of your CPU with Intel processor diagnostics tool
and check your SSD with the Intel SSD toolbox and the other one with Samsung Magician
update the firmware of the SSDs if available

Checked yesterday the cpu temps,found out that my water-cooling system was manulfuctioning and wasn't working so the cpu was overheating and was going into safe mode,replaced the water cooling system with the stock air cooling system and now it's running fine thanks for the help
