I decided to clean the fan because the laptop had small problems and I needed to clean the dust, everything went well unpacked / assembled and when I decided to test the frames in games to see if there is any change I have had small frames before I had 100+ and now not even 60, I updated the drivers, reinstalled the windows, I have no idea what I could do ...

Solution
What did you do to remove the dust?

Did you just blow compressed air through the fan allowing the blades to spin? Doing so can damage the fan.

The air blasts may have also caused something to come loose.

Reopen the laptop and use a bright flashlight and magnifying glass to inspect everything.

Especially the fan and any surrounding connections.
