Anyone PLEASE HELP!

I have recently built my pc which has following specs:
*Rtx 2070 Super
*10600k

Considering these specs I am getting hilariously low fps (150-200) No matter what video settings i use

I think i have tried everything:

Resetting pc, installed all new fresh drivers. Using the correct nvidia settings and so on... Anyone have a clue what i am doing wrong here???

Could it be my psu? It has 750W but it is VERY old... Could that be the issue? I really hope someone can help me!!

Solution
OK, CSGO , I missed that.

As I read about CSGO it is largely a cpu single thread limited game.

Run the cpu-z bench test and look at the single thread rating.
It should be about 600:

If your cpu tests out near 600, look at the CSGO forums, likely there is a setting fix.

A poor quality psu will show up as strange stability issues or possibly display artifacts. It may well be a candidate for replacement, but I do not think it is part of your fps problem.

You might also check the CSGO forums, looking for a patch or settings help.

Please list ALL PC specs. Including make/model of PSU. Also, go to userbenchmark.com and run the test and link results here.
