my laptop has CPU: 2.4GHz Intel Core i7-4700HQ (quad-core, 6MB cache, up to 3.4GHz with Turbo Boost)
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 860M (4GB GDDR5 RAM); Intel HD Graphics 4600
RAM: 16GB DDR3L (2x 8GB, 1,600MHz)
and when i play assassin's creed origins and middle earth shadow of war on low it works with about 30 fps
and i don't know what's wrong

Solution
Check out PCGs article on AC : O, the title is "Assassin's Creed Origins is one of the most demanding games around" so it's no surprise older laptop graphics cards are going to have problems.

Comparing the 860m to the gtx 660 shows a 41% lead, the gtx 760 shows an 82% lead, and the 280x shows a 125% lead over the aging mobile gpu.

Have a look at Assassin's Creed Origins Notebook and Desktop Benchmarks over at notebookcheck, looks like the minimum is going to be a 7700HQ with a 1050ti to get 30FPS at the lowest levels.
