Low GPU and bad drops since overclocking

I have a really good PC that i recently bought and it was getting 99% GPU usage however the temps on my cpu that were going up to 80c which i thought were high so i tried turning the voltage down on my cpu as that was really high too (1.3v). However ever since i did that i get lower usage also i tried reverting to my old setting but they are different (1.27v) so i am not sure how to get my usage at 99% again if anybody can help, thanks.

Reset the BIOS to stock, start again. 80c is fine for the CPU at load.
