Hello, i have been recently playing GTA V and i have observed that the gpu usage goes to only 50-60 ish percent, and the cpu utilization is also almost the same while outdoors, but while going indoors and especially during cutscenes of any sort. The gpu utlization get shot upto around 90 ish percent,But whenever the gpu goes to 90 percentish the gpu clock comes down to around 1850 mhz from the 1950-1990 mhz.
I have been playing at 1080p ultra settings, as my monitor is 1080p (144hz). But because of the issue on hand my fps have been taking a massive hit.
The game is installled on an 1tb hdd (7200rpm) as i have 256 gb ssd solely for windows and editing applications and game is rather is pretty huge. I have almost tried everything except re-installing windows (i use the latest build of windows 11) with no result. I have also tried searching this on the internet before posting this, but i found no fix and post resulting in my situation.
This issue has been in other games too like metro exodus and spider-man remastered, i havent played any more AAA games yet, but i think its not the games' fault, i think its mostly software related and maybe very unfortunately hardware (though I maybe wrong).
Also in GTA V when the gpu is at 60 ish percent of utilization the temps got to around 68 degree celsius, while during cutscenes when gpu is close to 90 percent the temps go to 75 degrees, which i think is over the top. (But it could be possible because the place where i live is getting pretty hot nowadays)
Anyways my pc specs are-
Ryzen 5 3600 (stock frequency) (coolermaster air cooler)
Asus Dual Rtx 3060ti OC model
Msi B550-A-PRO motherboard
32 Gigabytes of ram (32000mhz) (dual channel)
Cooler master 650w 80+bronze power supply
Gpu drivers are latest while writing this
and windows 11 22h2 (latest)
ANY kind of help WILL be more then appreciated, as i love my pc way too much and can get paranoid over these things.
ANY kind of suggestions are also more then welcomed
P.S. - i kind of consider the myself tech savvy, as i know SOME THING but i AM NOT THE SMARTEST, so please dont be rude to me if i got anything wrong
(also i posted this in the GRAPHICS CARD section as i didnt know where to post it, new on this website)
