[SOLVED] Low gpu and cpu usage

Hi, I've recently been playing Assassins Creed Odyssey and have seen that my graphics card is only using on average between 40-70% with V-Sync off and my cpu is only using about 30-50%. I've updated to latest drivers, tested other driver versions that are more stable (according to other threads I've read.) I've had a clean install of drivers also and no luck. My current system specs are as follows:
RX 5700 XT
R5 3600 (No oc)
2x8gb DDR4 3200mhz

If anyone could leave some suggestions as to how I could possible fix this it would be much appreciated. Thanks

THis is a old game so the chances of you using a old driver are slim. If you PC is bench mark like it should then yes this is the best it gets. AMD gpu did not as good in this game vs Nvidia
