[SOLVED] Low gpu and cpu usage

Im using a gtx 1070 and a Ryzen 5 2600. I had tried updating my chipset and driver but the CPU usage stays at about 40% and the gpu hovers between 20%-30%. This occurs in multiple games Ashwell. pls help

What resolution are you playing at? For what games?

16gb, 3200mhz, 1080p. Apex, r6, valorant and in all three my gpu usage is under 50%

Make sure your RAM is actually operating at 3200 MHz; if not, enable XMP (RAM overclocking) in your BIOS/motherboard software.
