Low GPU load while gaming.

Hi guys i have been with this problem for months... my gpu never stays on like 99% usage or even 70%+ constant usage while gaming. I think this is causing the game fps drops every X time (no pattern). I have a Nox Urano 850W, its not a good PSU, maybe is not giving enough power to my display?
My PC: I have a GTX 960 4GB, 8GB ram @ 1600mhz, i7 4790(non-k), Gigabyte z97xGaming3 Mobo, Nox Urano 850W PSU and Samsung SSD 250 EVO.

Turn off v-sync. See if that helps

In all games OFF, never played with V-Sync on cause of input lag.

No all cores more or less on 50%. more or less

Yeah you cant get them to 100% while gaming, gaming is GPU intensive, not CPU intensive. if you want to push the i5 to 100% you need something really CPU intensive, even if you make your GPU run at 100%, the CPU cant be fully utilized, that's the way games work.

I dont want to make the CPU go 100% i want to make my gpu work while gaming on high LOAD.
