low gpu memory usage

ok so randomly my gpu mem usage is super low I'm play gta v maxed out I'm getting 60fps but it says I'm only using 100mb of vram

Im guessing you're using something like afterburner to monitor your vram usage-I've encountered this issue before when playing shadow of mordor. Once my vram hits around 4.2-4.3gb it will "reset" and the counter starts from 0 again.
