Using 2160p, regardless of high or low graphics settings in game, the GPU usage stays between roughly 26-36%. This happens in Borderlands 3, MK11, GTAV, and SotTR. The CPU usage ranges from approx. 30-55%. With high settings, the fps I get is 40-56. RAM usage ~9/16 GBs. Also the CPU usage does go up high when doing stuff like alt-tabbing back into game or during game launching, but the GPU never goes above 50% when it spikes.
Drivers are up to date using GeForce Experience. In Nvidia Control Panel, the power management mode setting is set to Prefer maximum power. Turning V-sync off there and in-game does nothing. The temperature settings for the CPU cores are 72 C or lower; GPU temp is <76 C. Disk usage was normal.
