Low gpu usage GTX 1060

So lets say im playing gta v right. At absalute max settings im getting 50 fps. But i want 60 so i turn the settings down a little. Still 50 fps. More, more, more and at medium setttings i still get 50 fps. And then i look all that changes is my gpu usage. It seems like my pc is targeting 50 fps and not using what it can to reach more. Like in rocket league ( the only game that works ) i Always have 300 fps becouse my gpu usage is 97%. In other games its 50-60%



I tried
*Setting prefer max preformance
*Have newest nvidia drivers

And i have a i5 - 7500 kabylake
And 8 gb ram.

PLEASE HELP.

That is likely why, your GPU is not the limiting factor. Your CPU is at or near max before the GPU gets going. This is not uncommon for online games and I'm told for GTA V. Try lowering the CPU dependent settings.
