Low gpu usage gtx 470

I recently got a gtx 470 and I have no issues with any games aside from World of Warcraft. The GPU usage doesn't break 40% when playing said game. I was getting better performance out of my old gtx 260 which makes no sense. Now...any suggestions? I don't think it's a bottleneck. I'm running a i7 930 so that shouldn't be an issue.

better performance in terms of gpu usage? What do you mean is that if the gpu usage is higher the card is better??? The gtx 470 is by miles, a better card than your gtx260...the low gpu usage is proof to that. Lower gpu usage means higher graphic horsepower.....
