Low GPU Usage In Games

i have this laptop
dell inspiron 7567
i5-7300hq
gtx 1050 4gb
8gb ram

the GPU usage in games is between 40% to 60%...never at 99% even if i play on ultra settings at 1080p but the CPU usage is always 100%...Due to this i get bad fps. how do i fix it?

No way to fix as it’s not broken. In the games you are playing your cpu is the limiting factor. Mobile cpu’s are far weaker than their desktop counterparts.
